Order Confirmation and Stock Availability
Upon placing an order and provided the item is in stock, you will receive an order confirmation email. If the item is not in stock, we will promptly notify you via the email address you have provided to us.

Delivery within the UK
We deliver anywhere within the United Kingdom. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Tracking Details
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 5 working days of placing your order, please email us with your customer order details at sales@chilledvine.com or call us on 0333 880 1970.

Terms of Delivery

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inform anyone accepting delivery on their behalf about these terms and conditions.
  • The recipient accepting delivery must be over 18 years of age.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and refuse delivery if the item is damaged and contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged item/s at sales@chilledvine.com or call us on 0333 880 1970.
  • Please also refuse delivery if the wrong item is delivered to you and contact us immediately at sales@chilledvine.com or call us on 0333 880 1970 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Redelivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery once. Please note that a redelivery fee may apply.

Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery or requests a redelivery to a different address of an item lacking in any damage or defect without prior agreement from Chilled Vine, this will be considered a redelivery subject to the same terms and conditions.
